The shop is on the main road of the Jwala Heri Market in Paschim Vihar. The menu of Baljeet has only three items which are – Amritsari Aloo Kulcha Thali, Amritsari Mix Kulcha Thali, and Amritsari Paneer and Onion Kulcha Thali. All the thali are served with raita, onion chutney, and chole. This place has no sitting area only tables are there where you can stand and eat. The taste of the food is amazing and the best part is that you can ask for choles and other side dishes an unlimited number of times. Kulcha Junction is a clean and hygienic shop that you can trust blindly when it comes to taste and Amritsari Kulchas! They have built a very good reputation in just 2 years. (ain’t that appreciating? ) They serve lip-smacking Amritsari Kulchas with fillings of capsicum, garlic, potatoes, cottage cheese, cauliflower, and fenugreek leaves. When we went to this shop, we tried their Onion Kulcha and Methi Kulcha and not exaggerating but we couldn’t stop eating them! Our stomachs were full but our heart wanted more.
